About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to services from The Marketing Company UK, Six Ways Business Centre, 1 Guildford St, Birmingham B19 2HN. Your written proposal or agreement with us comes first if it says something different.
Our services
We provide creative strategy and marketing services across three areas: Brand and Identity, Content and Creative, and Growth and Performance. That includes brand strategy, design, scripted short-form video, video production, photography, social media, Meta advertising, launch campaigns, SEO, websites and PR. The exact work, timings and price are set out in your proposal.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business.
- Access to the accounts we need, like Meta, Google or your website.
- Permission to film at your premises when a shoot is booked.
- Timely feedback and approvals, so we can keep to the plan.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Monthly services are invoiced in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days unless your agreement says otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Results
We always work hard to grow your business, but search engines and ad platforms are run by other companies, so we can't guarantee specific rankings, sales or numbers.
Who owns the work
Once you've paid in full, the final designs, copy and content we make for you are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, outages or changes outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.
