The short version
We want you to be happy with our work. If something isn't right, tell us first and we'll do our best to fix it. Where a refund is fair, we'll give one.
Monthly services
Monthly services, like social media management, content and ad management, are paid in advance. Work done in a month that has already started can't be refunded, but you can cancel before your next month begins.
One-off projects
For projects like branding, shoots, launch campaigns or websites, any deposit covers planning and work already started and is not refundable. If you cancel part way through, you pay for the work done so far and we refund the rest.
Ad spend
Money spent on ads goes straight to platforms like Google and Meta. Once it's spent, we can't refund it.
Cancelling
To cancel a service, email us with your notice period as set out in your agreement. Your statutory rights as a UK customer are not affected.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@themarketingcompanyuk.com with your name, business and what went wrong. We'll reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
